After 15 years in healthcare—starting as a medical assistant and growing into roles in billing, EHR systems, and clinic operations—I discovered my passion wasn’t just in the work itself… it was in fixing the behind-the-scenes systems that make practices run better.

I eventually led my nephrology practice through a full Epic EHR transition, cleaned up thousands of missed backend tasks the vendors left behind, and became the go-to problem solver for every “you-don’t-know-what-you-don’t-know” issue that cropped up. I realized I wasn’t just good at managing tasks—I was good at identifying the invisible gaps that were slowing the entire practice down.

After leaving healthcare, I broadened my project coordination skills in a global corporate setting, but my heart remained in the operations side of medicine. That’s what led me here—back to supporting practices like yours, but this time as an independent consultant.
